It is possible to drive past some beautiful historical buildings, churches and castles. Definitely a “must see” or a “must do” to put on your list!

 

The authentic small Portugese villages will take you back in time where mobile phones and laptops did not exist. The beauty of past times.

 

Whilst driving a scooter, instead of a car, it is not only fun but is also a very enjoyable way to explore the Algarve, providing a worthwhile way to visit different villages in a short amount of time. It is also easier to take a break when you want to capture your surroundings on camera.

 

A map will be provided, containing many different routes, to help you explore the real Algarve. You can decide to visit the Portuguese city of Tavira or maybe visit an eco-farm, and highly recommended is a visit to the numerous beautiful lakes around the area.

 

To complete your perfect scooter holiday you will be provided with a takeaway lunch with drinks included.

• 50cc scooter possible

• The 125cc and 50cc scooters can only transport 2 people
• Car driving license A1 is required - 125cc scooter (above 25 years) - Deposit 400 euros - Credit card / cash - Passport / ID card

• Car driving license A1 / B1 is required - 50cc scooter (above 18 years) - Deposit 300 euros - Credit card / cash - Passport / ID card

• All scooters runs on 95 gasoline only
• In case of no damage, the deposit will be refunded at the end of your rental

• Do not forget to purchase travel insurance

• 1st payment 25% on booking 

• 2nd payment 75% at your arrival

Monte Gordo

The charming seaside resort of Monte Gordo is located a few kilometers from the Spanish border. For sun lovers, Monte Gordo has a 16 kilometer long sandy beach with cozy beach bars, umbrellas and beach chairs. In addition to sunbathing, Monte Gordo offers many active options, including tennis, (mini) golf, walking and cycling.

 

With public transport you can easily visit the surrounding charming towns and picturesque villages. The center of Monte Gordo is spacious with wide, flat streets, palm trees, shops, cafes, a casino, the boulevard and other entertainment options.

​

 If you want to see some more fun and better quality shops, then Vila Real de Santo Antonio is a great place to go. During the day it is a lively city with busy shopping streets and terraces. Between Monte Gordo and Vila Real de SA there is a new cycle path that easily connects the 3.5 km distance
